Enclave has the lowest costs in Vietnam IT outsourcing today. And, many clients believe the highest quality and standards around. How is that possible?
First, ODC’s avoid the inherent inefficiency of project based ITO. With long term, scaled engagements, we avoid re-booting production. Re-packaging and re-selling of capacity is costly and inefficient.
Second, lower operating costs and overhead. We invest in our people, capacity and capabilities.
Third, focus. Enclave is focused on one basic and popular delivery model. Delivery in offshore. ODC clients can work remotely, or send their staff to direct the work of the ODC.
Lastly, Enclave can and does avoid high-cost and high turnover locales. We are situated in comparatively stable, cost efficient venues. Enclave venues are within an hours flight of Saigon/Hanoi.

“the taxi ride from downtown [Saigon] to the airport took longer than the flight. I walked out of the airport in Danang, got in a cab, and in less than 5 minutes I was there [at Enclave]. The hotel is only a block away. There is none of the chaos or traffic of Saigon.
I came in on the early morning flight, and we met up in the lobby. When they said “we’ll walk” I was surprised. In a few minutes we rounded the corner, and bang, there it was. I didn’t know what to expect-but I didn’t expect a tall glazed building. When I walked in the front door, It was like another country. The receptionist says good morning sir, security guards, electronic access, all the engineers in uniforms. The place is immaculate. We went past several floors of production rooms. The first thing you notice is everyone is working. Step into a room and it’s like the Admiral coming aboard a navy ship. Everyone stands with a smile and says “Good morning Sir”.
The engineers at Enclave are keen as mustard. There is something much different about them at Enclave. They are eager, and you cannot help but get the impression they are ready to take on anything. Ready to tear into it actually. This turned out to be a major factor in our selection.
This team thing is impressive. The teams seem to do everything together, they arrive together, lunch together, leave together, its seem they go have dinner together too after work. I had to ask jokingly if the sleep together too. The bonds are there, no doubt about that. Maybe it’s the Bootcamp, but I can get a sense of why turnover is so low at Enclave. It’s a very impressive operation, something I have never seen in Vietnam. Maybe nowhere else.
We have more than 5000 people engaged in ITO/BPO in China, India, the Philippines and elsewhere. For more than 2 years we have been looking at outsourcing companies in Vietnam, without result. Our CEO sent us down to look at Enclave in DaNang. The [5 of us] agreed, this is the finest ITO company we have ever seen in Vietnam, or even Southeast Asia. Very professional, very strong engineering process. I would say, that to find a comparable firm, we would have to go as far as India.
We hopped in the taxi, and in 5 minutes we were on China Beach. There’s a string of a half-a-dozen new restaurants there. We took a table outside at the Blue Whale, right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, quiet and pristine. It’s amazing. The food and service there would never be forgotten. The next day, I realized that this perfect Blue Whale dinner-was very smart. of your guys. Really , it’s Enclave in a nutshell, the best of everything. It’s the place you want to be, incredible setting, incredible food, incredible service, at incredible prices. Very smart.
When you told me there was a good hotel nearby for $15 a night– I was wondering what I had gotten myself into. You need to know-most people have never seen a decent hotel room under $100. I was shocked again. A new boutique hotel, very pleasant, comfortable, clean, good wifi, friendly staff and right downtown-a hundred meters from the office. Fifteen dollars with the Enclave corporate discount? I’ll stay here next time too, but I have to laugh. The bosses must wonder when they see my expense report.
